Took my father there for a hearing test and aids. The doctor Amanda, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and very helpful. She went out of her way to provide all the support my father, who lives overseas, needed to get used to his new hearing aids. She provided a lot of many little extras that would make his life and getting used to the hearing aids a lot easier. Very nice service and support.

Darrell did a wonderful job fitting me with hearing aids. He is knowledgeable, does not rush, and matches your hearing loss to the best hearing aids available. He does not just sell one brand of hearing aid but seeks the best brand for your kind of hearing loss. I am a retired speech therapist with training in what is involved with hearing loss and the difficulty of providing a hearing aid with a good outcome. I recommend Darrell without reservation at Anderson Audiology in Wytheville, VA. I even drive back from Georgia, where I recently moved, in order to work with this professional office.

I am a Service Provider and only look for and expect the very best care for the people I serve. That is why I go to Anderson's in Wytheville for hearing devices and or problems. Lisa can not be beat. She is on top or everything. Great personality, warm and welcoming every time we go. Carol is fairly new to us and I wasn't sure how we would work together. She had far surpassed anything I could ever ask for. Very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help her patient. Anderson's is a good organization but the team of Lisa and Carol in Wytheville are the best I have ever dealt with and will look no further.
