I just purchased a Nissan Rogue from Blue Ridge Nissan, and I have never enjoyed purchasing a vehicle as much as I enjoyed this! My husband and I looked online at their website, and found the Rogue I wanted. He contacted Blue Ridge, and Jared Henley listened and took some information to contact me at work. We were able to work out the entire purchase in about 30 minutes on the phone! Jared was friendly and professional, and I never felt pushed into anything, which, when car shopping, is rare! When all was completed, he arranged to have the vehicle delivered to me, at my work, as I was unable to get away, and it arrived the next morning. I was able to test drive it, and, totally satisfied, signed all the papers. The gentleman that delivered the car and went through the paperwork with me was also friendly and professional, and the whole experience went smoothly and quickly. I've already recommended Blue Ridge Nissan to my coworkers, and friends! Their lifetime warranty is amazing, and I'm so happy they were referred to me, when I was ready to find the perfect car. My husband and I are delighted with it, and the service that was provided. They are the best around!

Great experience! Sales staff very personable and professional. Was able to get in and out without a lot of hassle. Sale was followed-up by phone 2 days later with great courtesy and without a lot of unnecessary questions. Could not have had a better experience!! Referred by family to Blue Ridge looking for a vehicle. Definitely lived up to the talk. After about a week we signed papers to purchase a vehicle but the deal fell though 2 days later ( one of blue ridges fault). We were so dissapointed, but Brandy worked nonstop to try and keep our business and find exactly what we wanted. After 3 weeks she did, and we love it. Brandy and JT were a pleasure to work with every step of the way. No pressure, and always listened to what we wanted. Glad to be a Blue Ridge customer, we'll be back.
