One star because I cant rate lower. I have twice been sold items, claiming to be sterling silver, only to find out they sold me stainless steel! The first time, they refused me a refund but I did manage to beg an exchange. I then paid extra to get something icer\ in exchange later that day, then I left again and had my new \sterling silver\ piece tested, and guess what? It was another piece of stainless steel! So I bring it back on the next business day, and 6 feet into the door, the mean (woman?) that works there immediately approached me when she saw me coming in with the item in my hand and got really loud and tried to shame me, and told me \too bad.\ She caused me a pretty embarrasing situation. Not to mention I was ripped off with a fake. I was not permitted to exchange. So I left. I figured the other guy that works there would be a little more down to Earth, so I called him the next day, and he told me to go ahead and take them to court, and that he is prepared. I can not say here on Google what I really think of these people, but I will tell you to beware these cons and their fakes and their auctions, because they will not be held responsible! This is apparently why they do not allow returns. All they care about is getting that money in their hands. And compared to all the nicer places around here, they are way overpriced.
