Well I can say they came and treated my dad's place..said the pests were only in my dad's bedroom they told us...well my dad kept seeing them and we called and called and left messages and we're given empty promises and then when my dad had seen 6 plus..I called and was told by the owner that he just didn't believe that my dad had seen any so he said to put them in a bag so he cud see them that he wud be down Monday morning ...well Monday came and went so I called and of course left a message and he did call back just to tell me he wasn't coming back down and to get someone else or to just spay and bomb until we thought they were gone ...so%y excuse for a really supposed exterminator ....so thx for nothing ..it's a shame u left seniors in this position...I'd never use this service provider again... Also when calling and speaking with 2 other real exterminatING companies both informed me this guy's a joke and their companies have had to go and clean up.more than 1 of his messes especially at hotels....so there ya go beware of this company aND take ur money to the real pros.....
