The owner of this establishment literally saved me! I was left in a town I didn't know with a broken down pickup filled with family heirlooms. (Headed back to Atlanta from NJ). This man was so incredibly kind that he helped me get a truck that day, gave my family the name of a reliable repair shop for the pickup and even helped me pack the truck more easily. I was in a terrible situation and he and his wife's kindness reminded me of why I love this great country of ours and that there are still wonderful people out there willing to lend a woman in need a hand! Thank you for being a bright, shining moment in an otherwise crazy situatuon!

Beware of renting vehicles from U-Haul. I recommend you find an alternative source. We rented a 4X8 trailer. Luckily, we made it through the mountains before one of the tires blew. The response time to repair the tire was fast, however, when the mechanic examined the trailer, he discovered that 2 more tires had to be changed due to dry rot. He also observed the wear indicator was showing. It is obvious to me that these trailers are not inspected before release.

Terrible customer service!!! Arrived at shop no one was there except another customer saying "This would be a great place for a buisness!" The customer explained he was scheduled to meet the owner for a drop off, and after calling, the owner told him he would be there in 30 minutes. The customer left angry. So I called to inquire on pricing,( since he still wasn't there), and I was told a different price than what was listed on the website, he said he didnt know what was avalible for the weekend. I was never asked what date I needed the truck nor did I tell him what date it was needed. After telling him this he said he wasnt going to have an argument and hung up on me. Not giving this guy a dime of my money!!!
