It was a very hot day and we had to wait quite a long time for the table in the shade (we didn’t have a reservation and it was quite understandable). The service was very, very nice. She usually come and asked if we still want to wait, it would take a while and we could have a table if we didn’t mind the sun. Finally we got a very nice table. The pizza were great, very delicious. My husband had a pizza with Italian spicy salami and it was the first time that the it was really spicy. If you want a great, big pizza with a view of the Main river and the fortress, you shouldn’t miss this place.

I've been here before and food and service is always friendly..only thing is, for dinner today, I did not make any reservations for a table for 3 persons and what sort of annoyed me was that the male staff greeter at the front entrance was not friendly, and then he told me that it would probably rain (since all outdoor tables are for walk-in customers, which I heard him tell some other customer), implying or sort of dissuading me from eating at Locanda! I said I could wait for a table...after waiting for about 15 minutes, this male greeter offers me a table at the entrance that is too big for us 3 and also not disinfected as it was used for customers waiting for a table...anyway I said I wanted to sit in the area where the main restaurant area is and luckily did not have to wait longer...the waitress at our table was very friendly and thank god the evening turned out well...
The size and quality of the pizzas are great, friendly service makes it even better. Just a hint, a pizza or two offered with beef products such as pulled beef or beef salami. Would add a slight variation to the menu. Great place !
The food Was good. But! a Warsp (Bee) flyed into my Cola. Of course I cannot drink it anymore. I talked about this to the waiter. But they said, 'IT is our FAULT. We had to watch it and be careful\ we had to oder another Cola because of it....even though there was Nothing to protect it. We did not try to Catch the Bee and put it in my cola, in order to get a free cola. What a Service for this great food !!!
Excellent food but overly expensive wine. Restaurant is spacious with efficient staff. Quite a varied menu!
