Michael Bishop is amazing! I was having an on-going issue that kept popping up after hours that was keeping me from meeting a deadline and I was pretty frustrated. I assumed that I would be waiting to get a call back during business hours, but he called me back right away and helped fix my issue quickly, allowing me to get back to work and meet my deadlines. And he was incredibly patient and kind about my frustration with the situation. No matter the issue, he is always a pleasure to work with. We have been using XceedIT for about a year now, mostly as an Office 365 reseller and infrequent Microsoft tech support. Recently, they helped us with a server migration from Windows Server 2008 R2 to Server 2019. I stood up the base system, then Matthew migrated the different roles (AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, NFS) without us even noticing. There was clear communication on the scope of the project, success criteria, and timeline. They came in right under the projected hours, which is a testament to their grasp of the project work.
