Went on the catamaran: The check in was quick and easy. Boarding as well. Unfortunately only a few possibilities to lay down for passengers. If you want to lay in the sun you have to be on Bord the first one. I didn’t like that. The food was quit good. The team was friendly. We went around the Palm and stopped at 3 places to take photos.

Had such an amazing day onboard Xclusive Yachts. The interior design is modern and sophisticated, with white and brown furniture, as well as the exterior, which has an upper deck where you can get some tan. And have a panoramic view at the sunset. We had a lot of fun with music, food, drinks, the staff was polite and helpful, the captain briefed us about our itinerary. We had to see Burj Al Arab, Atlantis The Palm, Ain Eye, Emerald Palace and we stopped next to every landmark to take photos. We even had photos with Captain’s hat. So fun and the hospitality was at its best. Can’t wait to be back! Amazing experience. Thank you!
I highly recommend you to take yacht tour if you are tourist , they have amazing routs , you’ll see all must see places in Dubai !) Marina , Atlantis , Burj Al Arab. I want to mention also how new and clean was the yacht , the stuff was super nice and helpful. I’ll definitely take one more tour! Thanks a lot , Xclusive yachts
It was fun with family friends and enjoy lot with lots of clicking picture and also nice cold weather if you want to enjoy then it is 4 to 6pm evening where you can see sun set and in night beauty of lights on building and surrounding areas it was great time on Yachts.
The boat was beautiful & modern, with a very relaxing ambiance. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing evening with friends, and a great tour of Dubai.
A real xclusive experience all staff will make sure you ate happy great for a party neat and clean a lux one out of all the hospitality is different there oriented customer satisfaction
Worst experience I have ever had with a tour operator!!! Disgusting attitude. The company has two hubs/offices along the marina, not that they tell you this when you book. We turned up to a closed office having goggled the company and asked people for directions in plenty of time. After waiting and trying to contact them we walked and finally found the correct office. In the middle of Covid NOTHING is fully booked but they refused to let us take another tour or refund the ticket!! Just flatout said tough, pay again! They were not even remotely understanding despite the issue being partly due to lack of clarity of their offices. Disgusting money grabbing company with NO care for customer service. 0/10. Avoid and go with Yellow Boats instead!!
I loved the experience; everything was perfect. All the staff super friendly and helpful, we were able to enjoy Dubai’s most iconic places and the yacht had all the facilities in perfect state. It’s a must to do the cruise with them if you come to Dubai; they’ll make sure you have the perfect evening. Thank you very much for everything and I’ll see you soon again for sure
