The shop has many different types of e-bikes, and they do repair services. Mr.Tuan(the owner) was very helpful to get me a new e-scooter even though he doesn’t speak English. He used google translate to communicate with me, and tried to give me advices. The bike was delivered on the next day with the warranty card, receipt, mirrors and the charger. Just one more information you might need to know if you are going to buy a new e-scooter.... you should register the e-scooter to have a license plate at a police station for safety, especially if you have an accident in the future. Even it doesn’t require to have a driving license here. To register the license plate, you will need to get some help from your vietnamese friend because foreigners cannot register it directly. (The shop doesn’t do for you).

Đây là lần thứ 3 mua của shop này, chiếc đầu tiên tôi mua hồi năm 2014 bây giờ vẫn dùng tốt. Dịch vụ hậu mãi sau bán hàng rất tốt, mặc dù xe mua lâu rồi nhưng có sự cố các em vẫn đến nhà sửa. Nên mua ở shop này.
Mua chiếc xe điện bên hãng gần 5 năm giờ hết bảo hành rùi mà dịch vụ bên hãng vẫn nhanh và nhiệt tình như lúc mới mua. Cảm ơn hãng rất nhiều.
