Seems a like a scam to me.... I gave a full price offer on a home they had listed through MLS that was in my area. They said I had to bid on it so I did and I finally gave up after the bidding went too high. Then I read some more fine print and find out that THEY can bid on the home against you and they don't even buy it but just to drive the price up.
