Had a 5 X 7 rug cleaned. The owner told me it would take maybe one to two days and it took 5 days total. I had to message them the day before I moved asking if it was ready and it was still “drying” but it would be at 5 pm and he would message me then. He never messaged me again I had to and he said oh sorry I forgot can you come by the shop at 8:30 am tomorrow to pick it up? Sure no problem this is the day I am moving but since it’s in the morning I’ll run by and grab it. So I get here and the shop is locked... call the owner and he said yeah just wait a couple minutes the guys should be there in a minute they have a job they have to do at 9. They didn’t show up until 8:46. Very unprofessional and not on time. When they do show up, it’s not ready they have to take it into the shop to spray it with a deodorizer. This made the rug wet again, so it was not dry after leaving the shop. I left the shop at 8:58 when I was asked to show up at 8:30. After posting this review the shop owner was angry about it and reached out to me arguing with the post. I gave him the rug Tuesday and he returned it Saturday. That is five days. He is very unprofessional and rude.

A 4.7 rating!? Certainly not for safety. Flew through the construction zone in Midland and totally ignored all the orange barrels and cones, speed limit , etc. Guess he was on a carpet emergency. Glad I got out of the way. He sure didnt seem to care that other people out here ARE driving safe and trying to stay alive. SMDH!
