Purple Haze

When something on your home needs repair you want it done right. Its almost like a zit on your face and you know everyone is looking at it and wondering why you won't pop it. Well I had such a zit & needed a cover for wiring on my ductless unit. I kept hoping it wouldn't get worse (like the zit), but it did. Thanks to Sam & Rob for fixing my zit!

I usually do not write a review especially a bad one. I had to make an exception for this one considering their audacity. I recently had Xtraire give me an estimate for Mitsubishi ductless air conditioning units for my home. It took them 10 days to get me an estimate and their charges were ridiculously outrages. For 2 units (24,000 BTU and 12,000 BTU) for my kids room the cost would be 36,100.00. I asked for an explanation for the charges and was told that they would explain them once they started work. Please stay away from this company. They only care about money. The 2 GOOGLE reviews that they received 5 stars could not be real since they received 1 star from other sites such as YP.
