2nd time using this business to do work on my vehicle. Both times they were 3 and 4 hours off time of completion. As an owner, if your staff gets behind, be upfront with the customer and extend apologies for inconveniences. Neither time, these actions didn't take place. I highly recommend going to a business that values their customers. With the amount they charge for service, its fair to expect good customer service.

Terrible customer service, I had an appointment at 1 o’clock to get tires installed on my truck and when I walked in there, Jeff told me he just sold the tires 5 minutes before I got there! Take into account that I live 1 1/2 away, I was livid
