I had an appointment for almost a month. The day before my appointment I even got a confirmation sms about the next day. Than at 19h p.m. I received a text from Evgenia simply saying that she had to cancel my appointment (that was for next day 9h30 a.m.) because she had an \important thing\. Well, it looks like clients are not important to this people, since they simply cancel the night before without any notice. I asked for a new appointment in the same or next day because I have a trip planned (that's why I made this appointment in the first place) and it took her 4 hours to conclude that she could only offer me at 12h. So apparently they can bale at the clients, but we are not allowed to work, because I am supposed to have 2h30 hours of my day completely free in the middle of the afternoon. It is now 23h p.m. and I still got no answer about tomorrow's appointment. In addition to having my afternoon completely free for them, it seems that I am also not allowed to sleep. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE, I already regret buying this service and booking anything with them. They don't even bother to call, they just send an sms.

Keine Spur! Obwohl ich seit einem Jahr regelmäßig meine Wimpern mache, sehen meine eigenen noch aus wie vorher. Sehr gute Meisterin.
