We would have LOVED to live here. Sadly distance to VA Hospital and no place to put our RV ruled it out but it is a wonderful place and the homes are perfect.
Visited KOHO for the first time on Thursday, helping a friend to move into her dream home. I fell in love with the homes, the location and the people. Dave, Dru and Pedro welcomed us and helped with the move-in and left a very thoughtful gift basket. The design of the homes is practical, while still allowing great views of the beach. There's tons of storage space, a great lighting and heating plan, and it looks like it'll last forever without maintenance problems. I strongly recommend that you look into this \community\ and consider it for your new home.
