Ava and her team provide exceptional service to all of us who have lost our beloved family member pets. They are wonderfully empathetic and caring and make a very difficult event just a little easier. We depend on them to help our patients when the time has come to usher them to the next world. The loss of my sweet kitty Baxter has been so painful, I am devastated. I got the call that Baxter was ready to be picked up today and I cried even more. The care and respect my Baxter has recieved is surely a blessing. The beautiful box with his named engraved on it, the fur clippings and whiskers, and the certificate are amazing. It has brought me much peace and comfort to my heart.Thank you for taking care of my fur baby on his final journey.
