Extremely poor customer service! My children had an appointment at 3 o’clock today. Showed up with them at 3:05 PM, had to wait at the front door for several minutes (due to COVID procedures) for someone to come out and get them. At 3:08 PM they were refused treatment and told that it is too late for the children to have their appointment. Completely ridiculous! We will be finding a new practice.
