Friendly staff, but the park is merely tolerant of pets, I wouldn't say pet friendly. If you don't have pets, this is a great option -- bonus points if you enjoy the sounds of bulls calling to each other in the evening, it's a great country ambiance. But if you have pets you will need to be militant about where you let them do their business.

We enjoyed the country setting watching the cattle mill around the pasture in front of our campsite. It was large enough to pull through our 43' Toy Hauler & had room for our F350. The setting was peaceful with large trees. A wood fire pit and bench table at each site. The staff were friendly & helpful with all questions. It was a fun camping experience with friendly neighbors. And secure with gated entry and exit. We will camp here again. Bob & Maytie Leinweber

Pros: The owners were incredibly kind and accommodating. The park was clean and well manicured. We loved being right next to the bulls and even saw deer during a beautiful sunset. Cons: The only reason we would not return would be the lack of privacy. Thankfully, we had a wonderful location this time and no one around us. Had the sites been filled, we would have been very uncomfortable. Not a good fit for families with kids ages 1-5 unless you can confine them to a small area. In town, be sure to try out the delicious bagel drive-thru!

What A Gem! We really enjoyed this park! It’s immaculate; very green and peaceful, a great place to camp and relax. Well maintained, spacious sites are reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and happy to go above and beyond to help campers. The entry is gated and we were escorted directly to our site which was a nice touch. It’s obvious that lots of time and care go into this park! Keep up the good work!! Also Ellensburg is only a few miles away and is a delightful town worth a look. Highly recommend this park!

It's a clean park, sites are gravel as are all of the interior roads. Spaces are a good size. They have a limited number of full hookups all other have electricity & water. A lot of tent sites. There's no dump station on site...nearest 2 miles away (free) Biggest downside to this park is that they have no bathrooms or showers!! Porta-pottys only!! And those are tilled forward so you feel like you are going to be ejected.

The park is clean, has a few shade trees and they allowed our small dog. There really isn't any feeling of being welcomed though; all the signs, and there are many, are posted at the entrance. No, don't do this, can't do that. Rules are important, I know, but there are so many they can never all be followed or tracked. It would keep somebody busy all the time. It just makes a guest feel unwelcome. How many of these endless rules are absolutely necessary? I don't know how you can have a kid here. I guess it works for those who want perfect quiet. Heaven help you if you break a rule or need to be here after 10. We had a motel for 14 years, we know what we're talking about!

They've planted a bunch of saplings and have blocked off part of the steam bank to help with restoration. It will look great!

Its a nice place to stay. Lots of grassy fields. Easy on and off for larger motorhomes towing a car like we are. I would definitely stay again.
