The food was quite nice however, I paid 450 for my family & I to eat here. The very least I would expect would be to have your wine poured and to feel like your in a fine dining restaurant. I have eaten in many a fine dining restaurant and the service at Lamont’s ranks as some of the poorest I have experienced. If your going to charge top end prices then you need to deliver a top end service. I would not dine here again.

Disappointed for the price Fish was overcooked and dry with cold not fresh tomato on top One small slice off bread with soft butter 3.50 Creme brulee top burnt bitter Prawns were ok Chocolate cake and cream needed something to break the sweetness. Wine was nice. Scallops nice.
We had breakfast here daily during our visit and one dinner and one fish and chip lunch. All were incredible. Just delicious, menu choices for diver were excellent, (the "chocolate oblivion" was to die for! Staff were impeccably presented and very helpful and interactive, well versed wine list, a bonus was the ability to purchase a number of wines and goodies from the separate goods store on site.
Wow! Does this chef know how to cook an eye fillet! Our entire meal from start to finish was perfect. Perfect way to spend your birthday!!! The sunsets are just divine also.
Enjoyed a marvellous array of the menu thanks to the ability to have either a small or large dish, we enjoyed the scallops, pork belly and bbq chicken. All the food was good and well seasoned, the staff were excellent and prompt without being obnoxiously in your face. I would highly recommend eating at Lamont’s while your in the area.

Great food. Casual stylish dining for the holidaying foodies. Good wine list. Just have to swat a few southwest flies whilst eating!
Disappointing food, unfortunately. Tacos were soggy and the egg was so over-fried that the yolk was dry. The mozzarella cheese in it was literally supermarket cheese. Pancakes weren't great either.
