We contracted this company to clean our house prior to sale and received an email of everything that James would do for us (basically a complete deep clean of the house, everything that we were looking for) for a set price, which wasn't particularly cheap but we thought the job would be done professionally and would add to the overall saleability of the house. When they had packed up and left we found that they had not in-fact completed many of the things that they had promised to do in their initial email and there were many visible areas that had been overlooked, certainly not the so called "professional" service that is guaranteed on their website. We called to discuss the fact that what they had promised to do in their email communication (the service we had paid for) did not align with the level of service that we had been provided. The owner James was very dismissive and explained that there had been miscommunication and in-fact his level of service did not include everything that had been communicated via email and should have instead been an hourly rate of 50 per hour for the 10 hours they were there. Very very unhappy with this explanation - if something has been put in email and agreed upon I would expect that this is what is to be provided. Please do not use this service. We had to get in another cleaning service to finish off what James and his team would not complete.
