This Yellow Hat location has top-notch customer service. I needed to reset the ETC unit in my recently purchased used vehicle. I did not have the ETC number easily accessible but the gentleman helping me removed the unit so as to find the number. I will say, I first went to a competitor of Yellow Hat for help with the ETC setup, but they were not so eager to help - I will not make that mistake again! This Yellow Hat is now my go-to auto parts store and it should be yours, too!

Okay store if you just need basic parts such as batteries, tires, oils and general maintenance items, but if you need more specific items or work doing on the car that isn't straight forward work, you'll be sorely disappointed, shares the same car park as Muten Kura Sushi, so there is often nowhere to park on Sunday evenings.

リアドアのダンパー交換で来たのですが、部品は取り寄せられるけど、交換作業ができないと言われびっくりしました。ちなみに、オートバックスでは工賃3000円程度で対応してもらえるようです。
