The five star reviews for this place as SO VALID! I'd give them six stars if I could! I ordered a few things online, my first experience buying face paints. My order was sent on by the end of the day, and arrived a few days later with normal postage. It was quick, efficient and the communication was great. I received my package and it was obvious the love that went into it. It was wrapped in Christmas wrapping, with a personalised card. I was even lucky enough to receive a split cake as a gift, and the paints were so well packaged for a safe ship, also. Customer for life now! Wonderful!!

Kate offers such High standards of customer service, I couldn’t find the express shipping option at checkout so I emailed face paint shop Australia to get my order sent express afterwards. Kate responded promptly and sent me an invoice to pay the express shipping. My order arrived within 2 days, packaged beautifully and safely with a personalised note from the packing pixies and lovely little added gift.
