I didn't build with GJ Gardner. However the initial contact was just very poor. Got told to look at some brochures go away and come back when I decide. Also got told what I wanted would never be achievable at the price I need. Never got a follow up call absolutely no interest with sales. Went with Perry homes, got more than I wanted for the price I stated. GJ then sent me through a quote for a house 2/3rds the size with hardly any inclusions for an obscene amount. Cannot recommend.
