I had an issue with my car on a road trip from Sydney to Byron Bay and stopped at One Stop Tyre and Automotive. Ty & Cyndi were both unbelievably helpful, and were extremely friendly, and did their absolute best to get me back on the road as quickly as possible so I could continue the rest of my trip. Was very disappointed with my car clean. There was still coffee dribble from the cup holder and the tray was not cleaned/hosed out at all. I was quoted one price over the phone and then charged more when I went to pay. I questioned it at the time but got excuses; and honouring the original quote wasn't even mentioned.
