After ringing and booking earlier in day and specifically asking about a seafood platter were told at dinner on ordering, in no uncertain terms, we were not allowed to order the seafood platter for 2 as it was too hard with our other 2 guests wanting to order other things off the menu. Service was poor and meal was barely average. Salt and pepper squid is supposed to have both Salt AND PEPPER

Seafoodtastic. Locally caught king prawns and crabs the highlights - though you’d be kicking yourself if you didn’t have the chorizo (with a kick) as well. Waitress was great and atmosphere nice and laid back for a perfect family meal.

Amazing crab and prawns! The service was very slow. The cocktails were nice way too small. Doesn't cater to Vegas. At breakfast issued to swap out bacon and was charged an extra 5. The tables are sticky.

Weird dinner. Heaps of staff who seemed totally ineffectual but certainly nice. Our table's meals were served in strange dribbles with first to last meal taking more than 15 minutes. The server would have 2 plates in hand, delivering one to our table & the other to a completely different table, and then ages until the next plate came out. Huge difference in size of the different meals, most marked between the beef and the fish of the day. Half the seafood dishes unavailable. The seasoning of the meals was odd. Wine list was good though and reasonably priced. I won't be back. Lots of other options in town.

Great cafe for a morning coffee, breakfast, brunch or lunch. Situated above Main Beach, it offers relaxed indoor and outdoor dining. Staff are attentive and do a good job. Have had meals here on previous visits - have always been good. Recommend a visit.

We visited for dinner during school holidays and bookings are essential. The tables are well spaced and the staff are courteous. The food is ok, not great. Given it's a seafood restaurant there was only one fish dish for mains. The meal portions were reasonably sized and the drinks and cocktail list was expansive. It would be great if they had a couple more options for kids, rather than just calamari.

The best coffee and breakfasts. Dinners are great and they specialise in seafood. Great service

So much promise; so little delivered! During holiday season we had dinner based on the ratings and menu. The restaurant might be good during breakfast and lunch but a heavy beat during dinner is just not right. We’re there for dinner: it’s not a nightclub! The food was cute but overcooked and way overpriced. When we complained about one dish the staff were defensive and did not correct the issue. Will not attend again.
