I checked website to check on time the Subway Yamba was closing. It said 8:30pm. I got there 7:50pm. All chairs were on table, sandwich board in & girl standing behind counter. I opened door and asked what time they shut. Was told 8pm! Was annoyed (& hungry) and politely, yet firmly told the girl to tell the owners to change the time on their site! There is Macca's, Noodle place, Pizza Hut just in same area. I find they are not quality and substantial quick, takeaway meals. Subway has lost me as a customer Due to false advertising. I'm very annoyed with them. This is bad customer relations.

Service was terrible, the young girl that had glasses and brown plaits that served me was rude and short. Each process was difficult to her and after telling her the salads I wanted, she forgot one at the end so when I asked to put it on, she huffed at me and put it on. Her tone was not friendly at all and when I got to the register, I was paying card, as it was loading on the eftpos machine, she walked away and didn’t bother to come back to the register at all. No ‘goodbye’, ‘have a great day’ or even ‘would you like a receipt’. Definitely need to work on training your staff to become more customer friendly.

Girl with blue glasses she is rude...she may be hate her job. I don't know why she working if she doesn't not like.

The short girl with glasses was a really rude
Yamba subway is great. The service is always good, staff are friendly and helpful. I have special dietary needs and they advise me on my options. Manager is a lovely person. Highly recommended.
