Just go to the telstra store in grafton. Save yourself the hassle. Wanted to charge me 15 dollars just to get some technical advice.

This place is the worst service in Australia, completely inept and incompetent. The store keeper was not able to process a simple order twice. When he was asked to fix the problem a third time he got flustered made a false complaint to me and hung up. When I tried to contact the shop again the phone was not answered. It took me calling Telstra itself for me to get the problem fixed, and Telstra told me directly that the shopkeeper made an error on the form and it was directly his mistake. This place is a joke, run by incompetent, inept and rude people whose motives and professionalism are questionable. Go somewhere else.
