The ambulance service was an absolute disgrace. It took over half an hour to arrive and I feel it cost my partners life. The amount of time it took was totally unacceptable and extremely stressful. I believe if we had have been in Melbourne (our home town) chances are this wouldn't have happened and they would still be here today.
