I have traveled around Australia and had some freshest of freshest prawns and this place definitely has the best prawns with freshest and size. If you do stop here eat a couple just outside the shop and thrown your Scraps into the water as there is some massive bream living in and around the floating jetty. Don’t fish for them with rods as they are always they and good entertainment for the kids and family. Just remember a 30cm bream is about 10years old they don’t grow very big amd when they do it takes years so get your photo and release back into the water.

We visited Yamba Prawn Shack last week whilst travelling through. The guy who served us was extremely helpful and friendly. The prawns and bugs were high quality and tasty.
