洋菓子も美味しいのですが,餡が絶品です.よく練られていて他と違います！元々美味しいとは思っていたので,贈答用によく使っていたのですが,分かりやすいように｢かしわ餅｣で他店数店や市販品と食べ比べてみたのですが,ダントツでした.因みに市販品ではあわしま堂が頭1つ抜けています.
