Terrible communication. Failed to show for appointment with no time to organise a back up cleaner for a vacate clean that I booked with 2 weeks advanced notice. Would not waste your time or energy as they weren't even apologetic.

Theresa excels at making hotel style presentation on beds, and lustrous splash backs in the kitchen. Janus does an exquisite job at windows creating them to be gleaming and sparkling without any marks. In the bathroom, Janus works hard to create glossy floors, polished bench tops and even with that, a appealing bathtub more elegant as ever. From bathroom to the barbecue to kitchen to dining table, both Theresa and Janus put in maximum effort to not only get everything done in the house with the time available, but getting it done with a splendid and stunning finish. I would definitely recommend Janus Cleaning service to any owner that wants a marvellous and wonderful job on their house.

We’ve been making use of Janus Cleaning Service for almost four years now, and Janus, Theresa and their well-mannered boys have become a very important part of our lives. Janus and Theresa have a weekly time-slot to come and clean our house - a job they certainly take pride in doing very well! I look forward to walking in on the days when they’ve been here, as everything smells so very fresh and clean. Janus is a whizz in the bathrooms, doing an excellent job with the showers and basins, not to mention our sparkling floors throughout the house, and Theresa waves her magic over the dusting, cleaning off surfaces and vacuuming the carpets. She takes extra care with my treasured knick-knacks, working carefully around them when dusting. I absolutely love the fact that I can rely on Janus and Theresa to continue their excellent service, even when we are away on holiday. During those times, Theresa and Janus are willing to incorporate extra services into their busy schedule; even watering our plants while we were away on a very long vacation in 2016! Theresa also takes initiative in cleaning out our fridge, discarding jars, bottles and produce that have gone way past their sell-by date (sending us photos to keep us informed, of course. ) We also make use of their service on scheduled days other than cleaning, to clean our windows.
