Had a pedicure, got an infection a few days later. Never have had a problem with my nails, toes or feet. Definitely will not be returning here.

Very quick, good quality as my shellacs lasted well over a month with refills and no cracks. Fairly priced too. I will travel 20km to this place rather then go to my local salon.
If I could give this a zero star I would. I went out on a girls day out with my mum and sister on the 24th of June. My sister and I both got multiple infections in our toes. Luckily my sisters all went away with anti biotics. However mine didn't so now my two big toe nails won't ever be the same again as the Dr's has had to kill the side where the infection lays. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
My sister and I went to get our nails done here today for her wedding day tomorrow. As soon as we got there the lady made us wait outside of the shop when there was two available seats that weren’t occupied. When we got in the lady immediately came over and started telling us the prices which was odd considering none of them did that to the other customers who where predominantly white. As they where doing our nails the nail techs where obviously talking about us as they kept whispering, laughing and then looking at us. Didn’t bother getting our nails done but decided to get our toes done, which where still decent. As we left and paid I told the staff that they need to be more professional towards paying customers. I noticed that several customers where left neglected and unattended for. Really awful customer service! And if you’re a person of colour don’t bother wasting your money with this place as I’m sure there’s plenty of other nail places that are willing to accommodate to us.
Used to come here all the time, loved the staff and the service I always got however the last couple times I’ve gone a new person have served me and I paid 55 for a set of nails that were botched and the glue fell off in three days, every other time I go there’s a lack of staff which means most times they aren’t able to serve walk ins.
I have been going to Nail Sensations Yanchep for a few years now. The service is great, waiting times minimal and the staff is friendly and very helpful. I recommend it.
Great service and super friendly staff. Will definitely be a returning customer.
