I went to yanchep medical center to get a referral to go talk to a counsellor as I'm not feeling myself & the doctor said sorry I can't do that, I don't know you & you obviously will need a govement one so it's not out of your pocket and told me to go to my old medical center in butler even tho i told him that's not practical as I don't live there or have transport, was the biggest waste of time and I don't recommend anyone to see the doctor there.

I’m becoming a little frustrated that I have to email my own dr to ask questions or make requests. I am a paying patient (regardless of paying/non paying). I don’t understand why this is the patient’s responsibility. And aformentioning of how lengthy the waitlist would be of great help too with working hours included within the letter send prior to appointment (which I am grateful for).
The doctors here all seem to be nice enough but the receptionists are so rude. Everytime I go in, they will either ignore you completely or you get some sort of attitude. They’re either overworked and understaffed or they are just sad humans. I dread having to check in for my appointment but once you’re in the worst is over. Smile and be polite people it goes a long way!!!
I have seen Dr Rand, Dr Salih and Dr Marcus All amazing doctors, nothing is too much to ask, really just their opinion and feel so comfortable highly recommended
Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The doctor actually listened to me, I was not rushed out of the room. Happy to wait if the doctor is thorough. All in all an excellent practice will be making it my regular.
Appointment was scheduled for 10:15am arrived at 10am as it was for my sons first time here. 10:50am and still haven’t been seen. I’d rather drive an extra half hour then ever return. Reception staff member was in no way apologetic for the hold up she was quite rude. Don’t waste your time.
Been coming here for years, needing a medical certificate to go on centrelink as I have torn tendons. Won't give me a certificate because my usual gp left. Now they are holding my medical information ransom.... Not only recovering from surgery, also homeless now. Cheers guys
Very poor. Son had a appointment checked in waited over a hour and half only to be told doctor had missed him out. Would have thought seeing him sitting there for over a hour one of the reception staff would have asked the question. Need to remember part of your job is public relations. This surgery had always had this problem reception staff seem to think they are more important than the patient.
