What a joke, I walk in and see the staff standing around talking. Not one approached me I had to interrupt their conversation to get some help. The sales man that was with me didn't show any interest towards selling me any products. I'd ask a question and he would walk off or answer his phone. He told me to come back an hour later and he would have some models in to look at. So I did and I barley get through the door and he immediately says from across the room that the models haven't showed up then I approach him to ask some questions and he ignores me and walked outside. This place is a joke I wouldn't recommend shopping here if you want a quality experience as well as a quality product. I'd give a zero out of five stars if I could. Talk about wounderful customer service....

Best dealership around. ( I thought ) Well sorry folks,I thought they were a reputable dealership but things change quickly when you have a problem with a new machine. Brought my new arctic cat in for the SECOND time to repair an electrical issue back In March. Was told they were pretty busy with getting watercraft ready for summer. This i understood and asked them to get to it as soon as they were able. It's now 6 months later. I have not heard any updates from the dealer on my sled.i have called 6 times now over the last three months and was told that the mechanic would return my call. I have not received a single call! I understand that dealerships get busy with other things but you would think that in 6 months they would find some time to provide service to a customer with a brand new item that had now been in twice FOR THE SAME ISSUE, or at the very least would return a call. I purchased a used dirt bike last spring and like it so well that I am planning to order a new one. Was going to buy from this dealer again.... But now I don't know??? I have worked in a couple of dealerships in the past and in all three of those dealerships service AFTER the sale was paramount. Needless to say I'm a little gun-shy now about buying any new machines from Yankton Motorsports. Hopefully this situation will get taken care of. But, for now, I felt that I needed to revise my previous excellent rating of this dealership. I don't like posting negative reviews on any business. In fact it saddens me greatly. Often relationships are damaged by negative reviews no matter how honest they are. But when a dealership not only ignores your problem but also refuses to return your calls for three or four months...I am left with very few options. I have purchased Harleys, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, ATVs, boats, cars and trucks for over 30 years but have never been ghosted by a dealer before lol!

The owner here needs to develop a personality. If a customer walks in, you attend to them you're lunch can wait. Your customers keep you in business NOT burgers and fries. How can someone tell if a bike is right for them if they can't sit on any of the bikes? If someone is interested in trading or selling their bike that's your cue to talk to them because that IS part of YOUR business.
