昼間電話かけましたが、出るまでの時間がすごく遅かったです。謝罪の言葉もありませんでした。 あと、受付の女性の対応が残念でした。 馴れ馴れしい上に、高圧的な話し方が気になりました。説明も分かりにくい。 一部の方がこうなのだろうとは思いますが…。
