We had a great stay at Yarck Cottage for our recent cycling adventure Sonja is a wonderful host with a bubbly, happy personality and made us very welcome Cottage is clean, comfortable, homely and easy to live in Generous supplies are provided for breakfast etc .. and we enjoyed fantastic lunches at Sonja's Giddy Goat Cafe next door Thank you Sonja for looking after us so well.... we had a great time ️

Cottage was pleasant and clean, but a bit of a work in progress, with a single toilet and scattered building materials. Two large chest freezers are filled with supplies for cafe next door, and host requires access, so the space is not exclusive to guests. We found the host quite rude on arrival. Make sure you check in at the cafe next door (not clear from arrival instructions) upon arrival.
Very old cottage. Comfortable bedroom. Obviously we were a inconvenience to the owner as only a couple and not a large group. Loaf of stale bread with out of date jam sachets and breakfast cereal with ants. Not recommended
My partner and ihad the pleasure of spending Valentines day at this cute cottage. All amenities and location were perfect. If you are looking for a very quiet, cosy getaway with great food supplied for a few extra dollars.... Believe me, you can't look any further than this cottage. It sleeps up to 14 people, very homey atmosphere..The Giddy Goat Cafe, which is next door, its' fabulous food and of course the lovely Sonja taking very good care of us...
Many thanks to the lovely Sonja, owner of the Yarck Cottage & Giddy Goat Cafe for what was an exceptionally pleasant stay. Sonja was friendly and provided great customer service. In total there were 10 EPT students sharing accommodation for 6 days. The cottage is quaint, very clean, fully equipped, plenty of room, comfortable beds, great hot showers (we never ran out of hot water even with 10 women....miracle!) We were all up early each morning to get our caffeine fix at the cafe. Sonja bakes all the food which has a homemade delicious quality and the coffee is one of the best in Australia. So good in fact we have booked it again for next year's Australian College of Equine Podiotherapy Master Class Thanks again Sonja from Deb Benstead and the students xx
