It's very rare to find a franchise that is actually good but these guys are the top of their trade. They are always friendly, skillful at their job and always polite and they go out their way to be helpful. I recommend if you need a brilliant optician then give these guys a call

Have been going here for years now and the staff are extremely professional. Recently took my autistic daughter who can get very anxious, and I let them know about her when I booked the appointment. Every single member of staff who we contact with in the practice was so understanding and patient and explained every detail to her and she actually said she didn't feel especially nervous at all while we were there. Thank you!

The best optical sevice I have used. Good service and choice of frames. Exceptional service from Dr Raj, a true professional who carries out his duty with complete dedication. Always friendly and affords time for his patient. He is a credit to his profession and Specsavers. I would not go elsewhere again.

Not professional at all, had my eye test and book for some glasses twice they got the frame wrong, I mean is it that hard to follow simple instructions, it’s been like 3 weeks after my eye test and still I have no glasses even tho I paid for my test and glasses. The Asian girls there r so rude, I spoke to two Asian females on two different occasions and both were rude, it’s like they were saying it’s my fault!!!! Never will I go or send any of my family or friends there!!!

First time using Specsavers. Easy to set up appointment online and got seen to in reasonable time. Optician was excellent, making sure to check things properly, reassuring me by explaining process and giving opportunity for questions. Found a problem with my eye and didn't hesitate to refer me to hospital to check on same day. Only reason for 4 stars is that prices should be clear right from the start and the first person who does the basic eye test was rushing for no reason.
