My wife and I cannot praise Alison at Bridgfords in Yarm highly enough. Within 2 days of Alison contacting us regarding a house that we may have been interested in, she made it possible for us to view it the following day. It turned out to be the house of our dreams and subject to contract the sale was agreed by all parties that day! Outstanding service from Alison. Immediate response time and very knowledgeable, Alison was on the ball and helped to secure the house of our dreams in our beloved area of Eaglescliffe and Yarm! Danielle at Yarm branch helped us throughout our sale. She was lovely, very helpful and friendly! She gave us plenty of advice as first time buyers and nothing was too much trouble. We have had an excellent experience with the team, specially Danielle. The house we were purchasing was not the easiest situation to deal with, however Danielle was a great help and very responsive to emails and calls. She helped and provided advise when it was needed. She even brought the keys to my parents house so they did not have to leave the house during the quarantine as they are being shielded. She could not have been more helpful. Thank you!
