Quite possibly the worst dentist I have ever dealt with starting with the witch on the front desk who sounds like she worthy of wearing a cape to work for thinking she is the most important person during COVID, if answering phones behind a desk of a dentist who won't see anyone or who isn't there the majority of the time wasn't heroic enough you may pick up her importance by her phone etiquette which in a such high demanding stressful job she seemed to have forgot. Moving onto the dentist a job I presumed he or she trained tirelessly in a profession that they could wake up every morning and make people happy, pain free and comfortable the real superheros a job so rewarding that it might even help them sleep guilt free for charging the obscene prices they do and how they can cunningly see potential work needing doing and get you in 6 months later instead so they can charge the maximum NHS price again. Overall while this global pandemic is ripping through the country killing people by the 0.005% or worse leaving them with a tickly cough these guys have been there! ... sat at home doing nothing getting pay rises from the taxpayers who actually have been to work all the way through this in agony because the heros who should know full well how to hygienically do their jobs considering they hang out of peoples mouths all day can only do 'non aerosol' work and if i can't be bothered to finish a 12 hour night shift and be able to ring in at 9am on the dot after waiting all week then surely I must see how I don't even deserve a sorry or curtious goodbye when putting the phone down. Maybe next time ill open the conversation with how much money i can offer rather than how much pain I'm in and the experience might be a lot better.

I have been coming to Leven Vale Dental Practice for years now. Kareem and the team are exceptionally welcoming and friendly. They offer a fantastic service and I have experienced everything from routine check-ups to having Invisalign to straighten my smile. Kareem is very knowledgeable and makes the whole process smooth and stress free. You can tell that he really enjoys his work and that makes a difference. My little girl is now enrolled at the practice with me as I know her visits to the dentist will be positive experiences here. Leven Vale is a place where your dentist will know who you are by name, remember your treatment plans and see them through to completion. Leven Vale is a lovely Practice that I would highly recommend.

Friendly and efficient! Always receive a great service with open and honest communication and a high standard of work. Dr Siddiqui recently carried out root canal work and fitted an inlay to the same tooth. He's a good communicator who explains everything fully, and his workmanship is excellent.

I've been registered at the dentists a couple of years. The dentists are friendly and professional. I just wish the reception team would smile and be more friendly. I went to my latest appointment and the dentist was running at least 2 people late.. I couldn't wait and asked to rebook. Lady was not friendly and didn't even make eye contact. Not even a goodbye when I left. Puts me off going back to be honest.
