The sales man was not very helpful and rude.. When asked if they could get what I wanted in store he stated that I would have to find the model number from online and then call the store back to order. Which is understandable of course. Then I asked him how long roughly it would take to get the bed I wished to order in. He stated... “ could be 4 weeks and could be 4 months.” When asked if they gave a time frame after I made the order he just repeated what he already said. This is not the way to run a local business in my eyes. Treating your costumers like they are meaningless.. I would not even call this a local business if u have to wait 4 months to receive your order. DON’T WAIST TIME IT TAKES TO WALK FROM THE PARKING LOT TO THE STORE. TO FACE A IGNORANT HELPLESS SALES REP WHO DO CARE ABOUT HIS JOB!!!

Immediately gets a low rating for not simply listing their prices on their website. Nobody wants to go through the bother of contacting you to inquire about the prices, my guy. Having a website at all is a great first step...now please put the other foot in the modern world.

I went in twice looking at washer and dryers. Once with my mother and the second time with my boyfriend. I had found a pair I liked and had asked the man working there about them. He had told me that the 4.9 was along the back wall facing the door and the larger set was opposite and facing the back wall. He told me this with both my mother and my boyfriend there. After looking on the site and realizing that there was no size bigger than the 4.9 I had called to question it because I was told I'd be getting the 4.9 for the price that I was told it was listed for in the store. When I had called asking about it he essentially told me that I was wrong and he didnt tell me that. That he knows what he's talking about and it doesnt matter that I have witnesses because my word doesn't matter. After I tried to reason with him I told him that he lost a costumer and he said "Ok good" and he hung up. He was arrogant, rude and belligerent and I will never shop there nor will I recommend you to anybody else. No one deserves to be talked to that way. Especially not a costumer.

This is a great place to buy appliances. They were willing to bring the price down to meet another local competitors price and their warrantee is good too. If you dont use it within the 5 years they give it to you as a store credit. Cant beat that anywhere else in Yarmouth that i know of.
