We had a wonderful two days at 3 Kings B&B. The breakfast hampers were great and everything we could need was on hand. We had a great view from room & balcony. Highly recommended.

Wonderful accommodation, we had a lovely time on our weekend stay. The food package included was generous and all very high quality, comfy bed, great location, well laid out, really it's all positive. Be aware that the driveway is quite steep, and there is definitely only one park available per unit. No on-street parking in the vicinity (that we should see) either, so plan accordingly. We've been unreservedly recommending this B&B to our friends and family since our stay. It was worth every penny, and I'm positive you won't be disappointed!
The owners have created a truly amazing place to relax. The cabin is absolutely perfect with every luxury imaginable. It's just stunning with lots and lots of high quality and thoughtful touches. I can't praise it highly enough. Awesome !!

Truly worthy of a five star rating. Heater was on at arrival, magnificent building. I stayed in unit one. It was very delux. Detailed and easy entry, easy to follow instructions for on site equipment, massive bed, double shower, quality shampoo, conditioner and creams. Good toilet paper... lol. Great water pressure, delux spa. Zero bad to say. Although my pay tv package didn't have sports channel. The other two units had sport... sigh. I'd like for them to install a hand rail at the start of the driveway as it's very steep and slippery. We walked to a nearby pub and it was very dangerous. The girls in wedges were scared. Thank you for a great stay and the extra breakfast that we paid for was worth it and yummy.
Had a great time! I would highly urge anyone if they’re staying in the area! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there, Brian took every measure to make our stay enjoyable!
Brian and Julie have thought of everything, awesome location to the Yarra Valley, luxurious accommodation and 5 star treatment our entire stay.
From the moment we opened the door of our unit we were greeted by the welcoming fire, the tasteful décor and fittings, especially the romantic spa in the lounge, continued to impress us. We absolutely loved our stay. The picturesque surroundings made for a very relaxing weekend, we will definitely be going back again.
