Yarra junction optical are fantastic. The team are friendly and caring. Leah was professional, thorough and caring in her approach to examining my eyes and answered all my questions. There was a varied and large selection of frames to choose from, and Leah gave great advice on which frames suited my face. I will certainly be going back for my next eye exam.

My friends and I were away in Warburton and the arm of Sue’s optical sunnies snapped off. She went into enquire if they could assist, and the lovely lady replaced it at no charge. That is certainly going the extra mile in Customer Service. Thank you!! :)

Yarra Junction Optical provides awesome service and nothing is too much trouble. I feel very fortunate to have found such an incredible level of service and professionalism so close to where I live. Their exemplary level of service is second to none and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I used to go into the Melbourne CBD prior to using YJO, but I've come to realise that this local optometrist is simply the very best.
