New experience for me today . I took the kids to the Palmerston NT store for school shoes and it was bright, busy and noisy and my 7 year old autistic son wasn't coping well. A lady there approached me and quietly asked to speak to me and I'm thinking " not today Satan."....and was pleasantly surprised when she said she could see my child was feeling overwhelmed and would it help to turn down the music? I could have hugged her. I'm so used to dirty looks and muttered comments, so being seen, and acknowledged was a whole new thing for us on our autism journey. Left me feeling all the warm fuzzies. The prices were great, the customer service top notch and I highly reccomend them and will shop there again. Thankyou.

Great customer service. I was in there only minutes until asked if I needed a hand whilst browsing. The first young lad couldn't help with my request so got the manager. Manager was pleasant, non pushy, didn't push the sale & very easy going. As an ex retail employee this is how customer service should be. Definitely recommend & will be back.
