The last thing too would expect at any store is for a staff member to steal your phone from your bag whilst being served. No apology or even acknowledgement from management. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

It is very rare that you get what you ordered and the food is poor quality. The service is lacking with the exception of one manager (Jess) who is always bright and bubbly.

Not a huge KFC fan, but the food was hot and fresh and I was very impressed with the way the team worked in a busy time, communicating with each other not only well, but with respect. That's rare in the fast food industry.
