I ordered a Oakley Detcord frame prescription safety glasses two months ago and still have no definitive answer on when i will be receiving my product. I was told by staff that it would be two weeks maximum and after that another two weeks and after a third phone call i was told they have no idea when i will receive the glasses. Two months have past and after a 4th phone call today i am still no closer to an answer to when I will see my glasses. I have informed my company That is paying for these very expensive safety glasses of the terrible service OPSM has delivered as they certainly cannot deliver a product. I will never use OPSM again and will advise my many work colleagues to do the same.

Staff seemed disinterested in me.. The optomotrist found some issues with my eyes that I wasn't expecting, so was a little in shock, but was still guided to the wall of frames and then sat down and expected to chose how much viewable lens I would get in an incremental price range...it was just a process in which I felt didn't included understanding or empathy .. . I left only with a printout of my prescription.

The staff here are amazing, the second I entered the store I was greated by a gentleman who remembered my name from 3 years ago, the last time I visited. AMAZING! once they had my details I barely had time to sit down before I was welcomed in by an optometrist so outgoing and hilarious I thought I was at a comedy festival, I think his name is Wei. So not only are the staff brilliant, but their prices are almost impossible to beat, and if you think Bailey Nelson's prices are comparable, they maybe, but it's like getting a Ferrari for cheap, if that cheap Ferrari was a Volvo, you get the picture. So do yourself a favour and go in and see the crew at Palmerston OPSM.

Great service!! My baby was restless whilst I was picking my first pair of glasses and the wonderful staff member nursed her till I found a suitable pair. The optometrist was super professional and informative. Very pleased with my service!

I booked for the last appointment of the day 4:30 pm and clearly noted to the staff that I will be late for 5 to 10 minutes. I work around Palmerston and finishes work at 4:30 pm each day. Staff said it will be okay, they can only take appointments on 30 minutes gap. I arrived at 4:35 pm and have to stand inside and wait to be served by available staff as they were all busy. Finally I was served at 4:45, however only to be told that I lost the appointment because I was late and the Optometrist needs to go to catch a lift. I left devastated and look for other eye clinic store.
