Level of workmanship was great, end product ( new pool) is fantastic, however it took 3quotes to actually find out total costs, suggestion is to ensure all pre required details ( ie colour, type of stone ect) are properly noted and not expect us the client to keep having to come to the centre to reselect ( twice!) Call backs on questions not returned on numerous times. Better customer service would gain more referrals.
