There fish die within an hour of purchase, constantly dead fish in their display tanks, takes forever to get assistance , they do not honour their return policy. Better of going to the pet shop at home maker Village on Baggot road. Better stock and friendlier service.

Great services, knowledgeable friendly staff. Dogs allowed because there's a grooming/washing doggy salon in there. But if you're looking for inexpensive dog stuff this isn't the right shop for you. Toys are pricey. But they stock the good brand and healthy nutritious dog food, member benifits include discounts on food and other things.
