Buyers Beware!! We had a very poor experience recently with Ray White Yarrawonga. We came across a 2 bedroom unit for sale in Mulwala that we liked and travelled up from Melbourne to view in person. After many phone calls with the listing Agent, we agreed on a purchase price and we submitted a signed contract of sale,,which the Agent received and indicated that the owner would accept. A few days passed without any communication from the Agent which we found very odd, so after a number of text messages we finally made contact and the Agent informed us that the owner had received another verbal offer directly which he had accepted. I then asked if we could increase our written offer and then we were told the owner had already signed the contract of sale. What!! How is this possible? Why weren’t we told? What about our signed contract? Surely we should have been given the opportunity to raise our offer? Then the Agent turned and became annoyed and said that he thought our offer was our limit, which I quickly told him was not even close and then told him how disappointed we were with the Agents unprofessional and unethical actions to which he simply shrugged off and wished us all the best to find another property. Interestingly, after the dust settled we spoke to our friends in Yarrawonga who have lived there for 20 years and they told us that this RE Agenct is one of the least respected in town, which after our experience we know why..
AGREE..Buyers be Aware..We had very poor service recently..Keeping it short! !!..unprofessional, lack of communication including false information..Initially for us when listing our property their approach appeared friendly and knowledgeable. .Unfortunately that did not continue.Thanfully our property sold in short time as our anxiety levels were increased with the added problem of not living in the local area to be more at hand to address the issues...Do your research before committing...lesson learned.
Sellers beware ...Non responsive unprofessional and lie .. Very friendly to get your listing then make the rest of the selling experience a nightmare .. Go elsewhere to sell or buy .. Just terrible Terrible .. I even had dummy buyers for our property to check if they were trying & she did not reply to them even after they said they had a deposit ... Thumbs Down
We can not recommend Ray White enough. We now own land and are excited to build our amazing home. We had quiet a drawn out process finance wise and the staff at Ray White were so understanding and encouraging. Best people thank you all !
The team at Ray White Yarrawonga were great to deal with, really helpful, friendly, and kept us up to date with how things were going with our sale.
