I have been training there for a bit over 6 months and find it a great place to train. The instructors help you learn at your pace because they know it’s your journey, they are extremely knowledgeable and make training fun. They also make it a great way to get fit. This is a down to earth family gym that make you feel a part of the family from day 1. You should stop thinking about it and just come and join the Reiko family.
