I have mixed feelings for this windscreen supply company. Firstly after giving me a time frame of 4 hours there was no call to warn me of their impending arrival. Secondly the glass fitters arrived at my place without informing me of their presence and immediately commenced work on the vehicle without my consent. Without asking me, photos were taken of the vehicle at some stage of the dismantling by the glass fitters. They claim there was previous paint damage, (see attached) however I have no way of proving otherwise. Also the rear view mirror was not correctly fitted to the windscreen. In general the fitting of the windscreen was done well. After taking the vehicle back to their work shop and speaking with the manager the issue with the rear view mirror was corrected however no other liability was accepted. I suggested to the manager that his employees are not using proper protocol when dealing with their customers. To the managers credit he was upfront and honest with me, however he has some problems to sort out with his employees. Tip: Walk around your vehicle with the repairer and note any damage before work commences.

I was disappointed they replace my car windscreen and the panel front on the botoom was not properly fitted on the windscreen. I was expecting they do good work and quality but it wasn't. The price was not cheap i don't mind as long I'm satisfied with the work and no issues.
